Our approach to developing young, soccer-athletes includes a consistent training and games program with an emphasis on four key areas; instilling a passion and love of the sport, skill acquisition, leadership, and the ability to read and solve problems on their own without fear of failure. All of our players form life-long friendships with their teammates, maintain healthy lifestyles, and acquire leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship skills that ultimately prepare them for life above and beyond soccer.
Players Ages 3-8
- At this introductory age, it is our goal to introduce soccer in a way that we capture each player’s
creativeness and enthusiasm, so they fall in love with the game.
- Players will acquire valuable soccer skills and movements in a fun, non-competitive environment,
laying the foundation for future soccer development.
- Equipped with their own ball, each player will be introduced to ball control technicques using various
surfaces of their feet and body.

Players Ages 8-12
- These are the foundation years of the future player.
- Players are introduced to team environments.
- Focus of play is based on the individual within the team concept.
- Development focus is all about fun and skill acquisition.
- Most skills are acquired between the ages of 7-12, we want to make sure that we teach these
skills before the window of opportunity closes.
- Our emphasis is getting players to run with the ball while learning to be comfortable with pressure.
- Players are introduced to positions and the responsibilites that come along with those positions,
with an increasing emphasis as they get older.

- Games are introduced with the emphasis of having fun, allowing players to be creative
applying new skills.

Players Ages 12-15
- Development of more advanced skills and creating fun, but competitive, learning environments takes place.
- The introduction of Club’s game style and system of play in 11v11 competitions.
- Teaching how individual skills and decision making plays a role into the teams tactical plan.
- The understanding of different systems of play are taught.
- While reinforcing the skill and comfortableness of running with the ball we now stress the importance
of the weight and deception of a pass.
- Players begin to take on leadership roles and responsibilities.
- We continue the encouragement of freedom and creativeness on the ball.
- Small roster sizes are kept so that players spend greater amounts of time in games.
Players Ages 15-18
- Committed players have chosed to invest their time in exceling at the game of soccer.
- Training sessions and games maintain a competitive environment where playing time in matches is earned.
- Focus of training is maintaining and sharpening skill sets to increase speed of play.
- Players skills are matched with positions so they can excel in their role.
- Players are expected to solve problems, make decisions, and apply solutions in training and games.
- Leadership roles are encouraged are nurtured.
- Regional travel is increased to match competitiveness.
- Coaching staff guides players through college selection process, while showcasing their skills
through Combines and Showcase Tournaments.
Committed players love playing with other like-minded talented players, desire quality coaching,
and play against strong competition. Through proper training and development, players grow in skill, confidence, and ability, exponentially, over players that do not experience the same environments.
